A unique pop-up experience is coming to Toronto this fall, and a famous celebrity chef is about to revolutionize your lunch break.
If you have countless boxes of plain pasta at home like I do and are simply feeling uninspired, this is the perfect solution! Celebrity chef, cookbook author, and MasterChef judge Stefano Faita is opening BYOPasta, Toronto’s first-ever Bring-Your-Own-Pasta restaurant. For one day only, his namesake brand will serve up his signature sauces for free.

From classic Tomato Basil and rich Alla Vodka to the beloved Rosée, Marinara, and creamy Alfredo, you’ll get to sample five of Stefano’s personal favourite sauces before picking them up at your local grocery store. Simply bring your own cooked pasta to the take-out window, pick your sauce, and let the chef handle the rest.

As well, everyone who drops by with their pasta will walk away with a coupon for a free full-sized jar to take home. BYOPasta will pop up at 135 Ossington Ave in Trinity-Bellwoods on Tuesday, September 29, running from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
