Halloween and Tim Burton go hand in hand, and one of Toronto’s most highly-anticipated seasonal experiences is returning with a brand new twist this fall.
The Burton Experience: Academy of Dark Arts is coming back for its third edition at the Novotel Toronto Centre, featuring an all-new twist on its 90-minute immersive pop-up running throughout the month.

From bubbling cauldrons and apothecary displays to custom seasonal cocktails and thrilling challenges, you’ll get to wander through an atmospheric setting, test your dark fantasy knowledge, and take part in a hands-on potion-making class to craft your own spooky concoction.
Step inside a world filled with enchanted relics and spellbinding photo ops, while live character encounters and theatrical performances unfold all around you. Costumes are highly encouraged, and both alcohol-infused and zero-proof potion options will be available for guests.

Tickets start at $33.28 including taxes and fees, and the experience is recommended for guests aged 13 and older (with 19+ ID required for alcoholic drinks).
The Burton Experience will take place at 45 The Esplanade from October 1 to October 31, with showtimes at 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 9:30 p.m., plus a special 3:30 p.m. matinee on Halloween day.
