An acclaimed Spanish wellness sanctuary known for its stunning, candlelit thermal baths is finally opening its first-ever Canadian location right here in Toronto.
AIRE Ancient Baths, a brand beloved in global cities from New York to London, will be unveiling one of its largest locations worldwide in late 2025. It’s set to take over a reimagined Edwardian building in the city’s Fashion District.

Get ready to journey through a 23,000-square-foot space designed for total relaxation. Set inside a 1912 heritage building, the new spa will feature the building’s original soaring pillars and wood beams, all lit almost entirely by candlelight.
The main event is a circuit of nine different thermal baths. This includes AIRE’s famous Flotarium, a high-density saltwater bath where you can float effortlessly, and an invigorating “Thousand Jets Bath.” Guests can also experience a range of baths from hot to cold (the Caldarium and Frigidarium), a steam room, and even a unique Palestra Outdoor Bath to soak in the open air.

A specially designed private experience will also be available: the one-of-a-kind Wine Bath, where you can soak in a tub infused with the antioxidant properties of Spanish tempranillo grapes.
Beyond the Ancient Baths circuit, the new location will offer a full menu of massages and luxurious rituals. Among its most distinctive offerings is the Signature Wine Experience. This journey includes 30 minutes in the private wine bath, a cranial massage, and a 45-minute full-body massage, followed by a tasting of wine and cheeses.

AIRE Ancient Baths is a place to completely disconnect, surrounded by silence, candles, and the sound of water – an atmosphere unlike anything else in the city.
The new spa is scheduled to open in late 2025 at 510A Front Street West.
