1. Ashbridges Bay Park
Head to Ashbridges Bay Park in the Beaches for a dazzling 15-minute long fireworks show on July 1 at 10 p.m. Prior to the show during the day, you can also walk along the Woodbine Beach Boardwalk, sunbathe on the beach, go for a hike, or bird watch.

2. Harbourfront Centre
This year, Harbourfront Centre will be hosting a Canada Day celebration with music, live performances, and an outdoor marketplace highlighting vendors selling 100% Canadian-made products, kicking off at noon on July 1. Later that evening, the fireworks show will commence at 10:45 p.m.

3. Mel Lastman Square
Celebrate Canada Day with a free, family-friendly event at Mel Lastman Square on July 1. Enjoy a full day of live music, roaming buskers, delicious food, and a vibrant local vendor fair. Milliken Park in Scarborough will be hosting a vibrant fireworks show on July 1 at 10 p.m. Prior to the show, you can explore the large park’s boardwalk, watch swans and waterfowl in the pond, or have a picnic.

5. Centennial Park
Etobicoke’s Centennial Park opened in 1967 on Canada’s 100th birthday, so what better place to see Canada Day fireworks? Home to Centennial Park Conservatory and the Centennial Park Pan Am BMX Centre, the expansive park will be putting on their fireworks show at 10 p.m. on July 1. Get there earlier in the day to enjoy Toronto Ribfest.

6. Stan Wadlow Park
Stan Wadlow Park is found in East York, and will kick off the Canada Day celebrations early with a parade at 10:30 a.m. on July 1. There will also be main stage entertainment, a midway, artisan market, food vendors, and even a beer garden. The fireworks show will go on at 10 p.m. that evening.

7. Amesbury Park
North York’s Amesbury Park will be hosting a fun-filled day of Canada Day festivities, including a flea market, bouncy castles, food trucks, and live music. The day will wrap up with fireworks at 10 p.m.

8. Downsview Park
Downsview Park in North York’s annual Canada Day festival will feature live entertainment, games for kids, inflatables, vendors, food trucks, and more – all for free! The event ends with fireworks at 10 p.m.

9. Canada’s Wonderland
Canada’s largest amusement park will be putting on their annual Canada Day fireworks show the Monday evening before, taking place on June 30, 2025 at 10 p.m. You can also elevate your evening with a VIP Firework Experience, complete with unlimited hors d’oeuvres and desserts on the Lazy Bear Lodge patio, two drinks for adults, and the best seat in the house to watch the show.

10. Garrison Commons – firework free pet-friendly drone show
For pet-owners and those who don’t enjoy fireworks, Toronto will also be offering a pet-friendly alternative to traditional Canada Day fireworks with one of Canada’s first silent drone shows, hosted by Pets Plus Us on June 30 at Fort York’s Garrison Commons. Designed to mimic the beauty of fireworks without the loud noise, the event creates a stress-free celebration for pets and their owners. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and will feature an on-site ice cream truck serving treats and pup cups.
