Festive light displays, activities, holiday decor, and even Santa himself will soon take over the gorgeous manicured grounds at Casa Loma, with the return of their annual Christmas at the Castle and Holiday Lights experiences next month.
Starting December 1, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in a winter wonderland both indoors and out.
Explore Holiday Lights, a trail illuminated with seemingly endless sparkling lights which winds from the castle’s gardens into the underground tunnels.
The self-guided tour features all the decor you could imagine, carolers, as well as live performances. Meet Santa and his elves after witnessing a magic show, mascots, and stilt walkers.
While Holiday Lights is an evening event, if you’re looking for a family-friendly daytime activity, Christmas at the Castle will also run for select dates as of December 2.
It will take place indoors and feature a range of events, such as the theatrical Knight Before Christmas or an aerialist performance while suspended from the ceiling.
Children can visit with the elves at their workshop, as well as meet Mrs. and Mr. Claus. Don’t miss a photo op with the elaborate 25 ft tall Christmas tree found within the Great Hall.
Christmas at the Castle will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and cost $45 plus tax.
Holiday Lights takes place each evening from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are also priced at $45 plus tax, and there are package options to combine the two events.
You can also upgrade to a VIP package for two, which includes a line by-pass and food and drink vouchers. The package costs $125 per person plus tax.
