Summer weekends in Toronto are fleeting, so why not make the most of it with a dance party to live electronic music on the beach?
Promise is one again bringing back their weekly electronic music parties to Cherry Beach, set to happen every Sunday and select holiday Mondays from June 15 until Labour Day from 4 – 11 p.m.
Each week, you’ll be able to catch live sets by some of Toronto’s hottest DJs along with international artists while you dance the day away in the sand until the sun goes down.
The daytime electronic music festival series has taken place now for 25 years, and will continue the summer fun for 2025.
“Serving as a cornerstone of Toronto’s electronic dance music scene, from June 15 2025 to Labour Day weekend, Promise Cherry Beach remains dedicated to fostering inclusive spaces for authentic artistic expression and unforgettable audience experiences,” the website states.
This summer, attendees can anticipate favourites like Burnin’ Vernon, DJ Voices, Incognita, Mark Oliver, and Videri playing sets at the shows, along with many many more.
You’ll have to grab tickets to the parties, which start at $35 per person for general admission. Those aged 25 and under can get a ticket for just $25. For those who can’t get enough of Promise, you can also grab a season’s pass to all of the events throughout the summer for just $175.
Promise Cherry Beach is open to all-ages. For those 19+ looking to enjoy a drink, there’s an on-site bar.
