The 6 God is back at it again, and now, the city’s most recognizable landmark is showing some love.
As Drake prepares to drop his latest album, ICEMAN, this Friday, May 15, fans spotted Toronto’s CN Tower illuminated in blue, along with huge projections of what appear to be ice blocks scaling the building.

Marking his first solo studio effort since 2023’s For All The Dogs, the release is one of the most anticipated hip-hop album drops of the year, following a high-profile public back-and-forth with Kendrick Lamar.
In the days leading up to the drop, Drake was spotted filming at various Toronto landmarks, and of course, dropping a 25-ft ice sculpture downtown Toronto, where fans had to get creative to reveal the album’s release date.

While the hype is at an all-time high, the 39-year-old rapper is keeping most details a secret. As of now, no tracklist has been revealed, nor cover art or any guest features.
Industry experts are already predicting that ICEMAN will dominate the Billboard Hot 100, providing a much-needed boost to the hip-hop charts this year.
Keep your eyes on the skyline and your streaming apps ready; the countdown to Friday is officially on.
