One of Cold Springs Flower Farm‘s signature experiences is its Full Moon Circle, held on select summer evenings beneath the Buck Moon and Sturgeon Moon. Set among blooming flower fields, these guided gatherings combine gentle movement, nervous system regulation, and reflective journaling under the night sky.
Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and journal, then simply slow down and be present. Surrounded by seasonal blooms instead of studio walls, the peaceful outdoor setting creates an experience that feels both grounding and memorable.
The farm also hosts regular outdoor yoga classes throughout the summer, offering a more relaxed way to experience the flower fields. Led by a somatic yoga practitioner, the 60-minute sessions welcome all experience levels and focus on gentle movement and breathwork.
