Toronto is about to get countryfied.
This weekend, the historic grounds of Fort York will turn into an epic western-themed playground as the Country Club festival makes its highly anticipated Toronto debut. Described as a “rodeo meets the rave” experience, the festival invites partygoers to dust off their cowboy boots for a summer celebration they won’t soon forget.
For one afternoon only, the site will be filled with a huge lineup of entertainment, with some of the biggest names pushing the boundaries of country and electronic music, including popular DJ duo VAVO and country-dance pioneer Dazy Duke.
Guests can expect a full festival experience packed with interactive attractions. You can test your skills on a mechanical bull, join in on some line dancing, or play classic fair-style games. If you’re feeling competitive, you can show off your best western-themed festival wear to compete for the “Best Dressed in the West” title, or watch local talent battle it out on stage in a search for the next big country star.
To keep you fueled for all the dancing you’ll be doing, the festival features an expansive food market alongside a dedicated beer garden. Cocktail lovers can also sip their way through a specially curated menu of 13 signature tequila drinks crafted specifically for the event.
In the spirit of giving back, the festival has partnered with The Dallas Smith Lifted Youth & Mental Health Foundation to raise money for a great cause. Guests will find dedicated donation stations and custom merchandise booths throughout the venue, with all proceeds directly supporting vital youth mental health programs.
