Pink couches nestled among the blooms, a piano available for visitors to play, a vintage blue feed truck, a blue convertible, a tree swing framed by golden oats, and quiet benches create memorable places to pause, explore, and capture photos. Together, these features transform the fields into a blend of natural beauty and outdoor art.
On select evenings, the farm remains open until 9 p.m., allowing visitors to experience the fields at sunset when golden-hour light bathes the landscape in warm hues. Seasonal events add even more to the experience, including vendor markets, Sunflower Yoga, live music, sunset soirees, luxury picnic-and-paint sessions, and exotic animal demonstrations, giving the farm the atmosphere of a summer festival.
Each admission also supports a meaningful cause, with one dollar from every ticket donated to the Canadian Celiac Association. The sunflower fields are only open for three weeks each summer, making the experience a limited-time tradition that rewards those who plan ahead.
What began as a family farm growing sunflowers for bird seed later expanded into honey and sunflower oil production before evolving into one of Ontario’s most distinctive summer destinations.
