Christmas is just around the corner, which means it’s that time of year to plan a trip to Toronto’s most magical holiday market!
The Distillery Winter Village has once again transformed the Cobblestone streets and Victorian buildings in the historic east end into a winter wonderland.

For seven weeks, visitors from near and far will come to Toronto to see the enchanting market that has consistently been ranked among the top Christmas and holiday festivals in the world.
You’ll be transported straight to a Hallmark film as you stroll the iconic lanes, which will be decorated with thousands of twinkling lights, festive photo ops, and dozens of vendor cabins. In the heart of the village, you’ll find “Canada’s most iconic Christmas tree”, adorned in shiny ornaments.

The 2025 Distillery Winter Village is bigger than ever, partnering with Habitat for Humanity GTA and featuring a record 47 vendor cabins and nine outdoor holiday bars. Beyond the annual tree lighting, visitors can explore festive photo ops like the Heart of Christmas display, Santa’s Sleigh, and the 10-foot Candy Cane Wreath.
Roaming Christmas carollers will keep the holiday spirit alive as you grab a hot spiced mulled wine or seasonal cocktail to warm up. The market also features countless themed bars, art installations, and that famous countdown clock.

Food and drink take center stage with bubbling raclette, viral s’mores hot chocolate, cozy cocktails by the fire, and an expanded 21+ area with themed bars such as the Naughty or Nice Bar, Ugly Sweater Patio Bar, and the candy-striped Peppermint Patio. New this year is The Pura Vida Chocolate Escape, a tropical, Costa Rican–inspired chocolate oasis.
Shoppers can browse 85+ permanent boutiques plus seasonal cabins offering unique gifts. Families can enjoy a new Narnia-inspired Santa’s Village, complete with a magical wardrobe entrance and meet-and-greet moments with Santa.

Tickets for peak times start at $15 for general admission. Kids nine and under are free. Peak times include the opening night tree lighting on November 13, evenings after 4 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and daily from December 15 to 31. Tickets are only required during those peak evening and weekend slots; otherwise, you can visit for free during the day on weekdays.
The Distillery Winter Village will run from November 13, 2025 until early January.
