The whimsical romance festival will take place November 21 – 23 at the Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel, bringing together over 30 authors, a dazzling literary ball, tarot workshops and charming high teas.

What you can expect at Ever After
If romance literature gets you all up in your feels, get ready to mix, mingle, and swoon at Ever After! For its first edition, the event invites readers and authors to enjoy a weekend packed with spirited panels, up-close book signings, and creative workshops that’ll make your heart swell. There’s a tale for every romantic, as TIFA Artistic Director Roland Gulliver puts it:
Our first annual Ever After Romance Festival is a celebration of beginnings, in books, in love, and in life. From first crushes to first novels, from stumbling into a new genre to recognizing The One, you never forget your first. This festival is a love letter to those pivotal, unforgettable experiences, refracted through the lens of romance literature.
This fall, TIFA organized a line-up of events featuring some of the most exciting names in literature — think Margaret Atwood, Ian McEwan, Rachel Maddow, and R.F. Kuang. For this new romance festival, TIFA will highlight authors of the genre that are nothing short of impressive:

On the schedule? The Ever After Ball, an enchanting ball where authors, readers and lovers get together for a candlelit soirée full of dance and storytelling where “dance cards will be filled, secrets whispered, fortunes told and debut authors honoured in a dazzling spotlight;” two elegant afternoons of High Tea with cakes, tea sandwiches and stories galore; and tarot workshops led by author Lori Dyan.
