Friends Only isn’t your typical night out. The invite-only experience curates unique activities in unexpected Toronto spots, each as different and innovative as the next.
After turning a 50,000 square feet Eataly into a culinary party, and most recently, organizing a giant pool party at Cabana Toronto, Friends Only launched “Friends Only in the Sky” — transforming the highest floor of Scotia Plaza for the first time ever on August 23rd. The only way guests could be on the guest list? Being invited by a friend.

What is Friends Only?
Friends Only is a celebration of community. Eataly wasn’t their craziest transformation to date. They also turned Canada’s most iconic library into a lush, immersive forest, all in four hours time. Guests were invited to donate books, which resulted in 400 books being donated to support children’s literacy programs.
But that’s not all — from transforming a former ZARA location into their very own department store (where 2000 pieces of used clothing were donated to Salvation Army) to decking out the Billy Bishop Airport into an exclusive experience supporting women’s shelters, Friends Only makes a true impact in Toronto.
“We want guests to leave not just with unforgettable memories, but with also a deeper awareness of how they can contribute to the city around them,” the founder tells Blog TO. “It’s about recognizing the role each of us plays in this community and taking meaningful action.”

When is Friends Only’s next event?
