We know it can be a struggle to find thrilling adventures in the city, but with the arrival of ‘Escape the Ghost Ship’ in Toronto this past month, things are looking up! And now, much to our delight, Secret City design studio and Pirate Life boat cruise are launching ‘Escape the Ghost Ship’ in Hamilton for double the fun!
You’ll be called to assemble in teams of 6, keeping an eye out for clues in order to solve the mystery of Barnacle Beth on this creepy boat cruise. The storyline? Beth, an ancient scepter, has been haunting an abandoned ship with a very special treasure hidden in its midst. Your mission will be to break Beth’s curse, unraveling the mystery behind that precious cargo.
Will you stop Barnacle Beth from unleashing his curse?
To help you on your journey, you’ll hop aboard the pirate ship with a handful of loved ones, but don’t fret if your team doesn’t amount to 6 people! On ‘Escape the Ghost Ship’, each team consists of 6 people for a total of 18 participants, but you’ll be matched with other fun team players once you meet up on the departing deck.
This epic experience takes place at 200 Harbour Front Drive Hamilton and is only about an hour away from Toronto! Enjoy this aquatic adventure on the Macassa Bay with friends and family near Hamilton’s downtown area!
Secret City design studio and Pirate Life boat cruise, the creators behind this riveting experience, have more than one trick up their sleeve. Secret City have created numerous escape games across the Canadian region, like the famous ‘Murdoch Mysteries’ and ‘Station M’ experiences. Now, the two companies are coming together to craft another delightful ‘Escape the Ghost Ship’ intrigue, and we cannot wait to partake!
The first of its kind in Hamilton, ‘Escape the Ghost Ship’ is the only adventure in the city that takes place on a moving boat with live actors — so you know you’re in for a treat.
