If your idea of a hot date is affordable furniture and Swedish meatballs, IKEA has your Valentine’s Day covered.
On February 14, the home organization store will be hosting their annual Valentine’s Dinner, which includes a three-course meal, Nordic Fruit water, and mocktails all for just $19.99 per person.
Whether you bring your partner, friend, or family member, it’s up to you – but you’d be hard-pressed to find a better dinner deal in Toronto.
The only catch is that you’ll have to pick up your tickets from the in-store restaurant in advance, as they will not be available on the day-of.
With each adult ticket, you’ll get a starter, main, dessert, and mocktail. The entrees include your choice of the following options:
- Mediterranean salmon accompanied with roasted potatoes, zucchini, and a fresh arugula salad topped with kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes drizzled with a lemon vinaigrette.
- Butternut squash ravioli with pesto served with sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and your choice of plant or veggie balls.
- Meatballs in a demi-glace sauce served with mashed potato and vegetables along with a kale salad with a lingonberry vinaigrette.
As for dessert, the home organization store will be serving up cheesecake, chocolate cake, or Daim cake, which is made of an almond base covered with a thick layer of milk chocolate.
Alcoholic beverages are available to be purchased separately. If you have kids, you can also add a ticket for them to the deal for just $6.99.
Within the GTA, the Etobicoke, Vaughan, Burlington, and North York stores will offer the dinner from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. The offer will not be available at the IKEA Toronto Downtown or Scarborough Town Centre locations.
Just be sure to secure those tickets ahead of time!
