Conveniently located within the PATH, Louis BonBon is a café and pâtisserie serving up fresh pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and more, all within a glamorous new space.
Blending Italian and French culture, you’ll find the best of both worlds, from flaky golden croissants to mouth-watering gelato and pizza.
The café itself exudes glamour, with clean white marble counters accented with gold touches and an accent wall featuring Versace and Dolce & Gabbana wallpaper.
The gourmet desserts look like little works of art, that are almost too pretty to eat. For example, take the Peach Champagne, comprised of red velvet cake, peach compote, and champagne.
You’ll also find staples like freshly baked cookies or their Classic Tiramisu.
For early risers, Louis BonBon opens weekdays at 7 a.m., offering breakfast staples like avocado toast and gourmet egg bites, and, of course, signature caffeinated beverages like Italian espresso, lattes, and fresh smoothies.
The drinks are as delicious as they are pretty, with the selection curated by mixologist and sommelier Beverage Director Giovanni Zapata.
Louis BonBon is now open on weekdays from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. within the RBC Tower.
