A sprawling industrial patio in a neighbourhood ranked one of the “coolest in the world” is gearing up to kick off the summer season with a bang.
Paradise Grapevine in Toronto’s Davenport area has announced the return of its annual “Party Favour” opening day this weekend, welcoming guests to celebrate both the return of patio season and the launch of their newest vintages.

On May 16, head to 218 Geary Ave to be among the first to sample the winery and bar’s 2026 releases, including their signature “Party Favour” series. To celebrate the debut, the patio will be offering a special $50-per-bottle price on the new wines, alongside a rotating selection of by-the-glass deals.
Live Music and BBQ
Beyond finding your new favourite Party Favour, the event will feature a lineup of local DJs throughout the day to keep the good vibes going. From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Cal C will take the stage, followed by Vjollça spinning into the late-night hours from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Cascabel BBQ will also be on-site all day serving up summer-themed bites, which will pair perfectly with the Party Favour wines.
Since expanding from their original Bloor Street roots, Paradise Grapevine has turned their Geary production facility into a cornerstone of the neighborhood. The working winery makes its wines directly onsite using premium fruit and nothing else, with each bottle as reflection of the vintage.

Plan Your Visit
The festivities kick off on May 16 starting at 2 p.m., with the party stretching all the way until 2 a.m. for the night owls. Whether you’re a natural wine enthusiast or just looking for a sunny patio to catch some rays, the Geary Avenue Party Favour opening day party is built around good wine, good music, and staying longer than you planned.
