Get ready to embrace your inner child, because an epic friendly battle is about to take over an iconic Toronto park.
For the fifth year in a row, the city’s most lighthearted tradition is returning. The Annual Pillow Fight Toronto is back this May, bringing its signature brand of “public, “joyful, and slightly ridiculous” mayhem to the heart of downtown. While the event has become a staple of the Toronto spring calendar, this year features a fresh backdrop for the fluff-filled festivities.

Usually held at Nathan Phillips Square, this year’s battle will instead take over the charming dog sculpture-filled Berczy Park.
The rules of engagement are straightforward and designed for maximum silliness and safety. This event has a no spectators policy, meaning if you’re there, you’re expected to be part of the “human swirl.” Attendees are encouraged to bring a soft pillow (strictly no feathers allowed to keep the park clean!), comfortable clothes, and a good spirit.

The event kicks off with a gathering at 1:30 p.m., with the pillow fight officially starting at 2 p.m. From there, an hour-long pillow fight commences.
