Fall has arrived, and if you’re looking to make the most of one of the most beautiful seasons in and around Toronto with some fun fall activities, you’ll want to add this one to your list!
Pingle’s Farm Market, located around an hour’s drive from Toronto in Hampton, Ontario, is once again hosting their beloved Harvest Festival, open Wednesdays through Sundays until October 31.
For anyone who loves autumn, you’ll get the full experience here, from wagon rides and live music to pick-your-own apples and pumpkins.
One of the festival’s main attractions is its giant corn maze, which spans five acres and features a brand-new theme each year. This year, the theme is “Canadiana”, and visitors can spend hours navigating the winding paths and discovering hidden clues. For younger children, a smaller maze is also available for the whole family to enjoy.
In addition to the corn maze, you can pick apples, pumpkins, sunflowers, and other seasonal crops, depending on what’s in season during the time of your visit. Hop on a wagon ride through the scenic property, visit a barn of farm animals, or even catch live music offered on weekends.
Don’t miss Pingle’s Market and Bakery, offering sweet and savoury treats! Come hungry, as they’ll have so many fall-themed goodies like warm cider donuts, apple cider, and roasted corn, along with baked goods you can take home with you.
Tickets for the harvest festival vary by day and season, with discounted rates available online in advance. Visitors can enjoy Cheap Wednesdays for $8 online or $9.50 at the door, while weekday tickets on Thursdays and Fridays are $13 in advance or $18 on the day of.
