A true jewel of the Art Moderne architecture, The Royal Theatre was originally built in 1939. Named “The Pylon,” the venue featured a sign above its facade that caught peoples’ attention as they passed by. Over the years, the theatre has evolved into more than just a movie theatre. Today, it also serves as an event space while keeping its vintage charm.
Film screenings, live performances, cultural events… the Royal Theatre is at the very heart of Toronto. And this season, the iconic location is hosting a series of mesmerizing experiences — much to our delight.
