Spring officially arrives next Thursday, March 20, and to celebrate, Toronto’s beloved STACKT Market is bringing back its Spring Equinox Festival for a second year in a row.
Running from March 18 – 23, 2025, the week-long event is jam-packed with activities, entertainment, and unique experiences designed to help guests welcome the season of renewal.
Attendees can look forward to a packed schedule filled with fitness classes, wellness workshops, and pop-up markets which will energize visitors and prepare them for sunnier days ahead.
Standout events during the festival include a series of adorable puppy yoga classes on March 18, featuring Golden Retriever and Maltese puppies, goat yoga on March 20, and Sunflower Garden on March 22, a spring meditation workshop complete with live music and a DJ dance party.
Shoppers can indulge in retail therapy at several pop-ups throughout the festival, like a special pop-up from Montreal-based clothing brand Dynamite on March 20, as well as a collaboration with the Toronto Queer Market on March 22 and 23.
A returning crowd favorite, the Fill-A-Bag event, offers festival-goers the chance to update their wardrobe with vintage treasures. Shoppers can fill a small bag for $25 or a larger one for $50, with only 15 minutes allotted to rummage through bins of vintage finds. Hosted by Steady Reserve and Prime Rewind, this event takes place on March 23 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Spring Equinox Festival is free to attend, though the workshops and select classes will have associated fees.
