If you’re searching for a wholesome activity to do in the GTA this weekend, there’s a music and wellness gathering set amongst a blooming field of sunflowers.
Now in its second year, the Sunflower Garden Festival is returning to a lush 90-acre organic farm in King City for a full day of open-air tunes, holistic workshops, and picturesque nature.

Designed as a wholesome, alcohol-free experience, the gathering brings together talented artists, healing practitioners, and local vendors in a totally unique, heart-centered space. Attendees will experience a curated 12-hour lineup of live music performances nestled among the flowers, featuring an eclectic mix of poets, DJs, and live performers like Londrelle, DJ Rae, and LUCIANA.
In addition, the festival features a dedicated Wellness Zone loaded with interactive activities. Guests can stretch out for outdoor yoga sessions, dive into guided sound baths, or drop into designated Zen Zones around the property to reset and reflect. There are even cold plunge tubs, saunas, and custom botanical drink bars available to keep you refreshed throughout the day.

You’ll also find various art installations peppered through the fields, making it as visually inspiring as it is relaxing. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their favourite sunny festival attire, pack a blanket and a yoga mat, and bring a reusable water bottle to take advantage of the free refilling stations on site.
The Sunflower Garden Festival takes place on Saturday, August 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at 13100 Weston Road in King City – just a 45-minute drive north of downtown Toronto.
Tickets start at $54.99 and can be purchased online via their website. Passes include access to all live music, wellness sessions, and art installations, with VIP options available for those looking for extra lounge perks.
