A massive field of over three million blooming tulips is about to paint the Ontario countryside in every color imaginable, and it’s the perfect excuse for a spring road trip.
Located just a short drive from Toronto in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the TASC Tulip Pick-Your-Own Farm is preparing to reopen its gates for another season of floral magic. Spanning 25 acres of vibrant farmland, this stunning attraction offers a slice of the Netherlands right here in our own backyard.

Experience Millions of Blooms
Whether you’re looking for the ultimate backdrop for your next Instagram post or simply want to escape the concrete jungle of the city, the sheer scale of this farm is hard to beat. You’ll find rows upon rows of meticulously planted tulips, featuring nearly 100 different varieties ranging from classic reds to rare, fringed petals.
As you wander through the fields, you aren’t just there to look. As the name suggests, this is a pick-your-own experience. Each ticket typically includes a fresh bouquet of ten tulips that you can hand-select straight from the soil to take a piece of the magic home with you.

A Perfect Spring Day Trip
Beyond the flowers, the farm is designed for a full afternoon of outdoor fun. You can expect local food vendors serving up snacks and refreshing drinks to enjoy amongst the blossoms, photo ops scattered throughout the fields to help you capture that perfect shot, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
While the exact opening date depends on Mother Nature’s mood, TASC’s tentative opening date for 2026 is scheduled for April 24, and the season only lasts for a few short weeks. Because the bloom window is so narrow, tickets are known to sell out fast once they go live.
The farm is located at 1173 Line 3 RD, Niagara-on-the-Lake, roughly a 90-minute drive from downtown Toronto. You can keep an eye on their website and social media for the official “bloom watch” and ticket release dates.
