It’s that time of year again where the sun comes out, people hit the town, and cultural festivals make their rounds around Toronto again. One of the city’s biggest is TD Toronto Jazz Festival, where lovers of jazz can unite together to enjoy some of the best international and local performers of 2023. In its 36th year, the festival kicks off June 23rd until Sunday, July 2nd, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the music.
Choose between classic, modern, global, and unique sounds and vibes on different stages, with performances by heavy hitters like Herbie Hancock and Melody Gardot where you’ll need a ticket to smaller performances free to attend.
We’d recommend heading to the website and fast, as tickets are selling out.
There are 3 areas with stages to enjoy, The Avenue, The Village, and The Grove, plus special late night performances in the evenings at 10pm called Late Night Jam.
Their schedule changes by the day, so you can check out a full breakdown of the performances by day here. And don’t forget, there’ll be food and drinks on the grounds to eat and keep you fueled for the next performance.
