This 4-star luxury hotel in Toronto, the Fairmont York, will transform into an elegant winter wonderland later this month, complete with its very own holiday pop-up bar that brings holiday cheer anually. The downtown hotel has had holiday traditions going on for 94 years now!
The Thirsty Elf, one of the most beautifully decorated pop-ups in the city, will let in the holiday cheer on November 22nd. A ceiling lined with garland and hanging Christmas baubles, gorgeous snow-frosted trees, and twinkling lights welcome you, all set up against a Christmas playlist.
Their cocktails are all on theme with names like The Naughty List, a cocktail with crown royal, apple cider, spiced maple chai, orange, and whipped cream, or Winter Wonderland with ciroc coconut, ketel one vodka, st. germain, lime and grapefruit cordial, and lime leaf. They’ve also got one spirit-free cocktail, which we liked to see for more variety.
The Thirsty Elf has a walk-ins only policy and is a 19+ spot.
