I’m ready I’m ready I’m ready!
For those who have daydreamed since childhood about what it would be like to taste the famous Krabby Patty from SpongeBob SquarePants, well, you might now finally get the chance!
In honour of the Nickelodeon show’s 25th anniversary, cities across North America are ready to show you their own take on SpongeBob’s favorite meal, starting tomorrow.
From October 8 – 27, the “Krabby Patty Kollab” is hitting menus in select Toronto restaurants, in a partnership with Nickelodeon and Paramount.
The iconic “SpongeBob SquarePants” Krabby Patty will finally make its foray into the real world and onto menus for the first time ever.
Participating restaurants in Toronto include:
- Yokai Izakaya
- Old School
- The Backyard Smokehouse
- Ugly Delicious
- Prince Street Pizza
- Holy Chuck Burgers
- Brick’N’Cheese
- Cherry Street BBQ
Wendy’s will also be offering an array of SpongeBob-inspired menu items, including their take on the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and a Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty.
Wendy’s burger will feature a quarter-pound beef patty topped with two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and a special Krabby Kollab sauce, served on a premium toasted bun.
The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, a first-of-its-kind flavor innovation, combines the classic Vanilla Frosty with a pineapple mango puree swirl.
As for the offerings from the other restaurants? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see!
Just make sure you keep Plankton away from stealing the secret recipe.
