The Toronto Ski & Snowboard Show returns to the Better Living Centre at Exhibition Place from October 23 to 25. It brings together winter sports enthusiasts, travel destinations, exhibitors, and gear retailers from across the region.
A major highlight is the ski swap, billed as Canada’s largest and run by volunteers from the Canadian Ski Patrol. Shoppers can browse more than 2,000 skis, snowboards, boots, and accessories, both new and pre-owned, making it a popular spot to find quality gear at reduced prices.
The swap also allows visitors to sell equipment they no longer use. Gear can be registered on the Thursday or Friday before the show from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $5 per item, with a 25 per cent commission supporting Canadian Ski Patrol training programs. Only skis, snowboards, and boots in good to excellent condition are accepted; poles, clothing, and loose bindings are not eligible.
Beyond the swap, the show features exhibitors, resort and travel information, expert talks on skiing and snowboarding trends, and family-friendly activities. Adult admission is $24 plus tax, and online tickets include a two-for-one lift voucher valid at six Ontario ski resorts, making it an easy way to shop, plan, and get ready for winter in one place.
