Say it ain’t snow!
Although it’s been milder than usual, winter is certainly not over in Toronto. Latest weather forecasts are showing signs of heavy snow and strong winds in our future — specifically tomorrow morning.
The 6ix is predicted to see up to 10 cm of snow cover city streets on Tuesday, January 26. Toronto may also see winds gusting between 20 and 60 km per hour.
It is estimated that this blast of intense winter weather will only stick around briefly, with the forecast for Wednesday showing a mix of sun and clouds. However, scattered snow flurries may return in varying amounts during the upcoming weekend.
This year, Toronto has gotten significantly less snowfall than it historically gets in January. With a few more days left in the month, there is still a bit of time for Mother Nature to close that gap.
