Get ready for one of Toronto’s most anticipated summer events as the Lavazza IncluCity Festival transforms the Distillery Historic District into a vibrant open-air cinema village from June 27 to July 20, 2025.
Set against the backdrop of the Distillery District’s cobblestone streets and historic charm, the festival brings over 3 weeks of film, music, food, and cultural experiences to the heart of downtown Toronto.
Presented by the Italian Contemporary Film Festival (ICFF), IncluCity is one of Canada’s top multicultural arts festivals, drawing more than 250,000 attendees each year. The 2025 edition is set to be its biggest yet, featuring music, dance, art, design, and over 30 film premieres that spotlight 15 diverse local communities.
Festival-goers can look forward to watching outdoor movies under the stars while lounging on cozy couches in the heart of the village. From global cinematic gems to edge-of-your-seat horror and thriller flicks featured in the “Dark Side” series, there’s so much to choose from! To ensure an immersive viewing experience, each guest will receive a set of headphones, so the surrounding city noise won’t interfere.
A new addition to the festival this year is Toronto Screens Toronto, a special showcase celebrating the city as both a cinematic backdrop and a cultural icon. Movie lovers can catch local favourites like Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, What If, and The Darkest Miriam under the stars.
