An open-air food and music festival is bringing the ultimate summer vibes back to the heart of downtown Toronto all season long.
Union Summer has been a beloved tradition for 9 years now, conveniently located just outside the city’s busiest transit hub. Running from June 8 to August 9, 2026, this year’s edition is shaping up to be its biggest season yet.
The dynamic space steps away from Union Station will feature a curated selection of some of Toronto’s favourite local food vendors alongside a dedicated live performance stage, ready to host free experiences for everyone who drops by.
This season will host an impressive lineup of more than 120 live performances spanning a mix of blues, jazz, big band, contemporary tunes, and late-night DJ sets. Beyond the music, attendees can sample Toronto’s legendary culinary diversity. This year’s must-try spots include mouth-watering dishes from Wicked Carib, Sumaq, The Taqueria by Narcos Tacos, Ugly Delicious, and sweet treats from Ruru Baked, all paired with a refreshing drink from The Carlsberg Bar.
The best part? The festival remains completely free to attend.
