Chocolate lovers, this one’s for you! This weekend, a massive chocolate festival is returning to Toronto, and it’s the ultimate way to satisfy your sweet tooth or stock up on goodies before Valentine’s Day.
For the past six years, the Winter Chocolate Show has been a staple for the city’s cocoa-obsessed, featuring a huge lineup of artisanal makers and chocolatiers from across Canada, including fan-favorites like ChocoSol Traders, DesBarres Chocolate, and Laura Slack Chocolate Artist.

Taking place on Saturday, February 7, the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon inside the Toronto Reference Library will once again transform into a sprawling marketplace for all things bean-to-bar. The annual event brings a full day of indulgence, where guests can wander through rows of exhibitors to sample everything from single-origin dark chocolate to exotic, hand-painted bonbons.

Beyond the tastings, the show features a series of informative seminars and workshops held throughout the day. These sessions dive into the fascinating history of chocolate, the art of professional tasting, and the intricate process of tempering.
You’ll find the Winter Chocolate Show at 789 Yonge Street. The doors open at 10 a.m. and the festivities wrap up at 5 p.m. While tickets are available for $20, you’ll definitely want to bring some extra cash to stock up on limited-edition bars you won’t find anywhere else.
