As the weather starts to shift in Ontario, you may be feeling yourself seeking some cozy comforts through September, October, and November. One of the best places to enjoy the fresh mountain air, family-friendly activities, and nature at its autumnal peak is Blue Mountain Resort, an exciting place to visit during all four seasons. Here’s what you can get up to in the autumn months:
The fun continues at Blue Mountain Resort after summer’s end. There’s a whole range of all-day activities you can get into from hiking through the forest to an open-air gondola. One of our favorite activities is the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, a 42 km/h coaster that curves and turns through the trees, lined with golden and fiery leaves. Perfect for all ages, but fast.
The return of a favorite activity you can enjoy during the fall evenings is Agora: Path of Light, where every corner of the forest will be illuminated and come to life. Installations will be interactive based on the elements like air, space, earth, water, and fire. And tickets are available on the website.
For snowboarders and skiiers: The winter pre-season passes are on sale until October 12th.
