Kensington Flea is back for its 2026 season, and it opened the first weekend of May. From now until September 27, you can show up to 216 Augusta Ave any Saturday or Sunday between 11am and 7pm and find a rotating lineup of some of the most captivating small businesses in Toronto.
You can spot their setup in the laneways and courtyards just off the main strip. No ticket, no registration and no lineup to get in.
Founded in 2017 by BAZAAR Gift Shop, the market has spent nearly a decade doing one thing well: connecting people with the makers behind the products. The vendor list rotates every weekend, which means repeat visitors rarely see the same stalls twice.
Expect hand-poured candles, art prints, ceramics, vintage clothing, skincare, jewellery, and specialty food vendors mixed in throughout. Past regulars have included female-founded brands like Topical Therapie and BeesButter and food vendors like Mochi Mochi. The 2026 mix brings back favourites alongside vendors who have never shown up before.

The market also helps young entrepreneurs get started. Vendors under 18 get a discounted rate for their space, which means you will occasionally find a genuinely surprising amount of talent from people who are just getting started. It is one of those small details that makes the whole thing feel less like a pop-up and more like a community institution.
Plan at least two hours. The market is the excuse to spend a full afternoon in Kensington. Walk Augusta from top to bottom, duck into the side streets, eat something from the food vendors on Baldwin or College, and browse the permanent vintage shops that line the surrounding blocks.
If you want to shop the vendors year-round, BAZAAR Gift Shop is the Flea’s permanent retail space and carries handmade, small-batch goods from many of the same makers through the winter months.
It is free to attend. It runs every single weekend from now until September 27. There is genuinely no reason to keep putting it off.
