Since opening their first Toronto location in 2022, beloved Montreal-based restaurant Mandy’s Salads has been taking the city by storm.
Now, just 6 months after opening their second location at The Well, Mandy’s Salads is expanding yet again with a new restaurant in the Yorkville neighbourhood, set to officially open on Monday August 12.
Known for their fresh gourmet salads, soups, bowls, and smoothies, the Yorkville restaurant will span 1600 square feet and will serve all the same signature salads that fans know and love.
It’s also guaranteed to be as Instagram-worthy as their other locations, sharing what looks like Wes Anderson-inspired renderings complete with whimsical motifs and pops of colour.
From tried and true staples like the Crunchy Sesame Salad made with romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, cherry tomatoes, and crunchy noodles to seasonal specials like the Shrimptastic comprised of romaine, arugula, avocado, peanut pineapple crunch, and Korean spiced shrimp, there’s a delicious option for everyone.
Mandy’s Yorkville will be found at 180 Bloor St. West, and if you stop by on Monday August 12, there will also be a ribbon-cutting ceremony open to the public where you can meet and greet Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, the sisters behind the Mandy’s brand.
Otherwise, you can also find Mandy’s Salads at 52 Ossington Ave or 437 Wellington St W in Toronto, or at one of their three ghost kitchens in Castlefield, Liberty village and Maple.
