This year’s lineup is filled with family-friendly favourites, including a mix of animated hits and feel-good classics. July featured Hoppers, The Garfield Movie, Wicked for Good, and How to Train Your Dragon, while August brings Goat, The Lorax, Lilo & Stitch, and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.

Movies Under the Stars is just one part of Wasaga Beach’s packed 2026 summer events calendar. This year, the town is also hosting more than 80 live music performances, the inaugural BeachLife Festival, and its first-ever Canada Day Symphony Fireworks display, adding to the appeal of a destination already recognized by Lonely Planet as one of Canada’s top 10 beaches.
