A groundbreaking new attraction is arriving in Ontario this summer, offering visitors an unforgettable theatre experience like no other.
Niagara Takes Flight: A Soaring Adventure, a state-of-the-art flying theatre, will soon take guests on an incredible, immersive journey through the entire 56-kilometre Niagara River Corridor, showcasing some of the region’s most spectacular landmarks and natural wonders.
Set to open on August 29, 2025 at the Table Rock Centre in Niagara Falls, the experience is the first of its kind in Ontario.
Riders will first be suspended in the air facing a 17-metre-wide, 180-degree domed screen, where drone-filmed footage creates the exhilarating sensation of flying. Enhanced with wind, mist, and scent effects, the ride delivers a fully multi-sensory experience.

From the roaring Horseshoe Falls to the vibrant gardens of Queen Victoria Park, the snowy magic of Niagara’s winter lights to historic sites like Old Fort Erie and the Niagara Parks Power Station, this attraction showcases the region’s breathtaking beauty in every season.
Before the main event, visitors can explore a captivating preshow experience that delves into the area’s natural and cultural history. Five immersive storytelling rooms trace Niagara’s evolution — from ancient geological forces to the modern era of innovation — through dynamic visuals and soundscapes.
The entire experience lasts approximately 30 minutes, offering an exciting and educational way to discover the Niagara region from a brand-new perspective.
The $25 million attraction marks the completion of a multi-phase revitalization of the Table Rock Centre, and will replace the previous Niagara’s Fury ride.

Stan Cho, the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Gaming, said “Niagara Falls is a Canadian icon and a one-of-a-kind tourism attraction that draws millions of visitors from across the globe every year. With Niagara Parks’ new attraction, Niagara Takes Flight, visitors will be able to experience and appreciate the Falls like never before.”
“Through cutting-edge interactive technology, people will be taken on an immersive visual experience across Niagara and see what makes this part of Ontario so special. I’m excited to welcome this new attraction as a cultural experience and a new economic driver for the region.”
We can’t wait to experience what flying above Niagara Falls feels like! While in town, don’t miss the nightly fireworks shows, which will run every evening from May 16 through October 13, 2025.
