The Sunday brunch scene in Toronto is about to get a legendary upgrade.
Beginning October 19, the globally acclaimed Nobu Toronto which opened last summer will launch a luxurious all-you-can-eat experience which will redefine the very idea of a buffet.
Only available on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests will be able to indulge in a decadent spread of traditional Japanese cuisine expertly crafted with Peruvian ingredients – and yes, this includes their signature dishes like the melt-in-your-mouth Black Miso Cod and Yellowtail Jalapeño.
Of course, you’ll also be able to find a selection of sushi rolls and nigiri, but the experience also has a number of other dedicated stations dressed to impress. A chef-manned carving station will serve as the room’s centerpiece, presenting a whole-roasted rib-eye with a wasabi pepper dry rub and a spicy beef sauce. As well, don’t miss other fan favourites including a ceviche station, crisp salads, and specialty cocktails.
The dessert selection will be equally sweet, so be sure to save room!
Naturally, an experience this elevated comes with a price tag to match. Nobu’s Sunday Brunch will cost $110 per person before tax, tip, and drinks. Children between ages 5 to 12 are priced at $55. Reservations are now open and can be made via Nobu’s website or by phone.
A bit out of your price range? Nobu also offers a special “Tanoshi Hour” where you can grab specially priced cocktails, wine, and beer as well as bar bites every day from 5 to 9 p.m. offered only within their ground level bar and lounge.
