A transportive new restaurant and cocktail bar inspired by Mediterranean-Asian flavours has officially landed in the heart of downtown Toronto.
NOYAA has just opened its doors as a sprawling 7,000-square-foot destination that blurs the lines between fine dining and late-night revelry. Operated by Dubai’s acclaimed Tribes Hospitality Investment Group, this marks the group’s first Canadian outpost, bringing a distinct Middle Eastern flair for “dinner-and-a-show” energy to the city’s landmark mixed-use development, The Well.

Inside, you’ll find a stunning space inspired by the ancient trade routes of the Silk Road, featuring ribbed wood panelling, sculptural lighting, and a lush canopy of suspended foliage that hangs over the main dining room. Whether you’re tucked into a velvet-clad nook or perched at the glowing 40-seat circular bar, the atmosphere is designed to evolve as the sun sets.
The menu bridges the gap between Japanese philosophy and Mediterranean tradition. Guests can expect theatrical, high-end plates including Lobster Bao Noir, a decadent A5 Wagyu Sando, or the multi-tiered Sushi & Sashimi Tower complete with Otoro, Uni, and house caviar.

The experience continues at the bar with The Great Silk Road cocktail program. Each drink acts as a passport, using rare botanicals and global spirits to tell a story, from the spice-kissed Saffron Negroni to the umami-forward Koji Bisque Sour.
As the evening progresses, the dining room transforms. With international DJs spinning seven nights a week and live performances taking center stage every Friday and Saturday, the venue shifts from a sophisticated eatery into a nightlife hub. During the warmer months, the space will open up even further with massive NanaWalls leading to an outdoor terrace, perfect for golden-hour cocktails.
You can find NOYAA on the Terrace Level of The Well at 437 Wellington St. W).
