There’s nothing like a good, savoury burger to appease your hunger, and this weekend, one of the city’s favourite burger restaurants is treating its customers to one of their signature smash burgers – on the house!
Rosie’s Burgers is celebrating the opening of a brand new location at Avenue and Lawrence this Saturday, and to celebrate, they’re giving away 100 free burgers to the first customers who swing by.
Self-billed as “your neighbourhood burger shop”, Rosie’s was established in 2020 and is known for their simple menu of nostalgic flavours. Besides four smash burger options, you’ll also find fried chicken burgers, fries, onion rings, and handspun shakes on their menu.
They also serve a droolworthy banana pudding with seasonal rotating flavours, such as this month’s Chunky Monkey, a blend of banana pudding and homemade chocolate mousse topped with mini egg cookie crumble.
Rosie’s grand opening party kicks off at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, and the first 100 guests will be treated to any burger, any way, for free. The promotion is limited to one burger per person.
Their newest location will be found at 1542 Avenue Road. You’ll want to show up early, because once the first 100 freebies run out, you’re out of luck and will have to purchase your meal.
