One of the city’s most extravagant fitness and wellness clubs has just announced they are opening a brand new location in one of Toronto’s ritziest neighbourhoods.
Sweat and Tonic, known for their extensive offering of yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and indoor cycling group fitness classes, is set to open a third studio in Yorkville, just months after they unveiled their grand 25,000 square foot location at The Well.
The new space will take over an entire floor of the mixed-use development at 11 Yorkville, covering 18,000 square feet.
11YV will soar 65 stories above the Yorkville neighbourhood, featuring 600 residences and 24,000 square feet of street-front retail space.
Like the other locations, Sweat and Tonic guests can anticipate the studio to have an elegant design and state-of-the-art amenities they know and love, as well as some neighbourhood-specific touches which “draw from the distinct characteristics and history of Yorkville.”
“From our top-of-the-line fitness equipment, AV, and lighting systems, to our complimentary amenities including yoga mats, towels, cycling shoes, and fully-stocked changerooms, to our flexible access options that are price-protected and free from annual contracts, we want the guest journey to be uncomplicated,” shares Chief Brand Officer of Sweat and Tonic Morgan Thomas.
“The moment you step through our doors, we want you to feel cared for, and we’ve removed all of the traditional industry friction so you can come and sweat it out just as you are.”
Sweat and Tonic Yorkville will also offer over 200 classes a week, led by some of the city’s top fitness instructors and specialists.
There is no official opening date for their third location just yet, but stay tuned for updates!
