The Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games begin this Friday, July 26, and we can’t wait to cheer on our Canadian athletes!
In celebration of this year’s events, Toronto will be getting a four-day long family-friendly fan fest brought to you by the Canadian Olympic Committee, where you’ll get to see the Games, Olympic athlete guest appearances, live performances by Canadian artists, and so much more.
Coming to the CF Shops at Don Mills, Team Canada FanFast will take place from August 2 – 5 – and it’s completely free to attend.
The travelling pop-up is appearing at three Canadian cities over the course of the games, with Montreal and Calgary being the other two destinations.
Toronto’s FanFest hours are as follows:
Friday August 2 – 12pm to 8pm
Saturday August 3 – 10am to 8pm
Sunday August 4 – 10am to 8pm
Monday August 5 – 10am to 6pm
Programming for FanFast will be posted soon, so check back in at their website closer to the date of the event.
The Paris Olympic opening ceremonies take place this Friday, July 26 starting at 1:30 p.m. EST. You can also stream the Games at home for free via CBC, or through several other subscription services.
