Japan will soon be easier for Canadian travelers to visit starting this summer, with a new direct route between Toronto’s Pearson International Airport at Kansai International Airport in Osaka.
The large port city is known for its modern architecture, cherry-blossom trees, nightlife and delicious street food, and now, you can visit without multiple connections.
As of June 17, Air Canada will launch season flights three times a week until October 25, 2024.
It will be the only airline to offer this route, which is 14 hours and 35 minutes. Get comfortable!
Unfortunately, June will be a little late to catch the cherry blossoms during their peak season, but it is a fantastic time to visit Osaka.
Wander around Osaka Castle, visit Super Nintendo World, and eat your way through Kuromon Market.
Air Canada’s Toronto to Osaka flights are already available to be booked on their website.
