Wine lovers, rejoice — the city’s premier wine festival is returning for its 6th year this weekend!
Wine Fest Toronto is a multi-day, bi-annual event, taking place on Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 10 at a new location this year at Exhibition Place.
Highlighting Toronto’s wine and drinks culture, attendees will get the chance to try wines, spirits, cocktails, RTDs and so much more! Whether you’re a wine aficionado or can’t tell the difference between a Merlot or Pinot, the event caters to everyone and is a guaranteed good time.
Featuring an expansive selection of over 100 wines and beverages from around the world, guests are able to try unlimited samples with an all-you-can-taste ticket.
In addition to samplings, Wine Fest will include educational seminars and the chance to meet both local and international producers, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, New Zealand, and South Africa.
There will also be food available for purchase on site to snack on between samples, along with live entertainment and countless photo opportunities.
This year’s venue will be indoors at Exhibition Place’s Heritage Court, so you’ll be able to sample to your heart’s content regardless of the weather.
Spanning two days, you can choose from multiple sessions: Friday’s event runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., while Saturday offers two sessions — one from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and another from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now through the festival’s website, with prices ranging from $42 to $82 depending on the session you choose. Keep in mind that this is a 19+ event, and children and pets will not be permitted to enter.
Get ready to discover your new favourite wine, and remember to drink responsibly! If you can’t make this event, don’t worry – Wine Fest will be back this fall, taking place on November 21 – 23, 2025.
