Toronto is getting new views.
Pinnacle International has reached a new phase in the development at Pinnacle One Yonge. The announced the construction of the “SkyTower,” a 95-storey condo to be the tallest of its kind in Toronto. [Featured image courtesy of CNW Group/Pinnacle International]
Soaring at a height over 313 metres in height, the 95-storey condo will tower 1,000 feet above Lake Ontario. The impressive monolith at Pinnacle One Yonge will house over 800 suites ranging from 520 – 2,300 square feet. Included in the residency are luxurious amenities that include a yoga studio, pool, party space, games centre, and outdoor areas. Interested? Prices start at the small fee of $800,000.
The SkyTower is a project by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The group is responsible for designing countless education, commercial & retail, residential, and cultural structures around the globe.
In Toronto alone, you can see their other projects including One Bloor, Massey Tower, and Garrison Point. Their cultural projects in the 6 include the Weston Family Learning Centre, ROM Institute of Contemporary Culture, and Ontario’s Celebration Zone, among others.
The SkyTower is the second of a series of a triple-structure master-plan. SkyTower will follow the launch of their 65-storey condo called The Prestige. Plans on the third tower have yet to be released. Following the pattern, one might believe the third will have 125 stories.
At the highly sought address of this master-plan, Pinnacle One Yonge will include a community center, hotel, and park, along with 1.5 million square feet of office space and 160,000 square feet of retail.
All in all, the SkyTower will reshape TO’s skyline, and bring the city to such great heights!
