A century-old Canadian tradition is returning to Toronto this weekend, and Exhibition Place is set to host the largest indoor agricultural and equestrian event in the world.
The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, often abbreviated to “The Royal” by locals, is officially returning back to town from November 6 to November 15, drawing over 300,000 visitors to celebrate the very best in country heritage, world-class competition, and local food.

Visitors will get to explore an enormous lineup of events featuring champion breeders and growers showing off prized cattle, sheep, poultry, and massive draft horse hitches, including towering Clydesdales, Belgians, and Percherons.
Catch the prestigious Royal Horse Show in the historic Coliseum for top-tier international show jumping, indoor eventing, the Dressage CDI-W Freestyle, and the high-energy Royal Rodeo Championship. The spectacle will also host the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Toronto on November 14, where global competitors vie for one of the sport’s biggest titles.

Families can check out the Farm & Play Zone, meet animals at the interactive petting farm, watch the fast-paced mini chuck wagon races, and marvel at the fair’s famous butter sculptures. Food lovers will also find plenty to dig into with gourmet culinary sessions, craft tastings, and artisanal goods from across the province.
The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair takes place at Exhibition Place from Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 15.
