Can’t say we’re surprised.
Moving abroad to another country is an idea that can have a certain alluring, exotic appeal. Some people dream of one day going overseas to start life anew in a distant, foreign country, and it seems that perhaps the global pandemic may have influenced an increased desire for this.
According to a recent study conducted by Remitly on global search data, there has been a 29% increase in Google searches for ‘how to move abroad’ globally between January 2020 and October 2020.
