Adults can sample a glass or two of whiskey every Wednesday starting at 7 p.m. for tastings and seminars, or stop by Thursday to show off your lasso roping skills or a free ride on the mechanical bull.
Snap the perfect photo opp with one of the country-themed props installed around the neighbourhood, like the sunflower display wall, wanted signs, hay bales, and a giant pair of cowboy boots.
Free line dancing lessons are also taught on Fridays between 7 – 9 p.m. and are a guaranteed hoot!
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, grab some southern eats at the festival food truck, like mac n’ cheese bites, chilli and Fritos, pulled pork tacos, and smokehouse fries. Craving pizza? District Pizza has got a themed brisket pizza for the occasion, or stop by the “Saloon” at Pure Spirits Courtyard Patio for grub from the outdoor BBQ and smoker.
