Beloved Toronto fitness club Sweat & Tonic is officially a one-stop shop for all your health and wellness needs, with the opening of the first ultra-luxurious Tonic Spa.
Spanning 10,000 square feet, Tonic Spa is a wellness and recovery oasis which joins their already-sprawling space at The Well, featuring six high-touch service treatment rooms, five high-tech biohacking therapy rooms, and a stunning 50-foot saltwater lap pool with a hydrotherapy circuit.
After breaking a sweat at one of their 200+ yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and indoor cycling classes, guests will now be able to tack on a rejuvenating recovery session to their work out, whether it be in the form of a relaxing massage or red light therapy.
Soothe sore muscles in the saltwater hot tub or sweat it out in the combined infrared and traditional electric sauna. There’s even rain showers and cold plunge showers to rotate through, which is said to help increase circulation, promote relaxation, and expedite your recovery.
Using the most advanced science-backed technologies, some of the spa’s traditional offerings by top practitioners in the city include Brazilian lymphatic drainage, registered massage therapy, injectables, Ayurveda Rituals, facial treatments, acupuncture, dietetics, and chiropractic care.
There will also be tech and biohacking treatments to try, such as red light therapy, cryotherapy, shockwave therapy, compression therapy, IV therapy, and DEXA body compositions scans.
While you can get a monthly pass to the pool deck which gets you unlimited access for $200 a month ($100 for members), Sweat & Tonic also offers an exclusive 360-degree wellness membership called Club Transcend for the ultimate wellness enthusiast.
Club Transcend includes unlimited group fitness classes, four personal training sessions, unlimited access to biohacking services, four IV therapy treatments, four DEXA scans annually, unlimited access to the members-only coworking lounge and all-season patio, four private meeting room bookings, and much more.
It will cost you a pretty penny though, at $1250 a month! Otherwise, memberships range from $180 to $275 at their Well location, and you can book treatments and services individually.
You can expect more exciting news from the boutique fitness club coming soon, as they recently announced plans for their third location coming to Yorkville. Its official opening date is yet to be announced.
