Here are some of the best Pilates studios in Toronto to try for your next work out:

With two studios operating in Toronto, Jaybird has now introduced Reformer classes at its newer Yorkville location on Bloor St. W, in addition to its mat-only classes on Queen St. W. The dimly-lit classes are illuminated with battery-operated candles, encouraging attendees to hone in on their form and alignment. Class types range from relaxing, breathwork stretch classes to more intense full-body activations with the use of bands and balls.
