Using the bandoneon and piano, the musicians play breathtaking music for the three-part performance which includes thirteen tangos. Taking an actual leaf out of Astor Piazzolla, Osvaldo Fresedo, and Ángel Villoldo’s, among others, books, or discography in this case, they stir up all the melancholy and heartbreak embedded in some of the most famous tango compositions.
